My daughter has attended the Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes and it’s been really good for her confidence and learning vital life skills for her protection and awareness. I have previously taken the Women empowerment classes and I think it’s essential for any women, teen or pre teen! All should at least give it a try... especially with the way the world is! Coach Jesse and his family truly care about everyone and we are thankful to have them be apart of our lives.
