Lions Den SMP designs their classes to help improve all aspects of health and fitness. Group Fitness classes offered at FCTC incorporate the following methodologies to condition and challenge your body’s capabilities:
Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) – Use of cardio equipment, kettlebells, slam balls, steel maces, sand bags, battle ropes, sleds, or just your body with short bursts of high-intensity training to increase metabolic demand and energy usage.
Group Fitness classes focus on providing a full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and flexibility training within in a community of like-minded individuals. You’ll work muscles you didn’t know you had and see your body grow lean, strong and powerful every week – all while achieving a positive mindset that will transform you. Even better, you’ll make new friends!
Lions Den SMP personal trainers prioritize your health and well-being. Professional and available at FCTC, they exercise effective training methods to help you live a healthy lifestyle in and outside of the gym.
Armed with a complete assessment of your present fitness and goals, we’ll design workouts to help you lose weight, build muscle, and push your endurance. Get ready to reach your full potential!
Lions Den SMP Youth programs focus on strength conditioning and mobility to improve athletic skills and sports performance. Members are required to meet with their LDSMP trainer at least once per week (6 to 12 week training period) to reach their full athletic potential.

Every day, various routines, so different from a conventional gym, most people there were there to lose weight or get in shape, and I felt like I belonged and wasn’t judged. They provided us with meal planning as well as motivational speakers.

The best decision I made was to take the first step to see what this is all about. Short story – some history with martial arts. In comparison to Fusion, it was really more like a kick boxing class. A little older so the ’70’s body and skills have long since resigned. With Fusion, you will find movement with a purpose and the stepping stones to grow physically and mentally. It will build coordination, physical fitness and confidence. You will find professionalism and fun with everyone working toward the same goals and supporting each other along the way. That only comes from great leadership. If my schedule would allow, I would be there daily! I encourage everyone to check out Fusion. It is a place that I have sought for a long time. Simply put, It Fits!

Awesome self Defense classes and a great environment. Whether you want to improve your martial arts or just get a great workout, this is definitely a great place for both.
He is a giving teacher, which is a sign of quality. He also provides a friendly environment for incoming pupils. I can’t say enough about his abilities to create such an environment.
Because it is worth the travel, I pass by many other gyms on the way. The prices are the finest, the training is fantastic, and everyone here treats you like family. You may spar every day if you enjoy it.
